About your therapist
My journey into reflexology and holistic wellness began from a very personal place. Like many women, I experienced the challenges of menopause, alongside periods of overwhelming anxiety. Looking for a natural way to feel like myself again, I turned to reflexology - and it truly became a turning point.
Through regular treatments, I began to notice not only a sense of calm and relaxation, but also real improvements in my overall wellbeing. It helped me reconnect with my body, ease my symptoms, and restore a sense of balance that I had been missing.
That experience inspired me to train as a reflexologist and holistic therapist, so I could support others in the same way. I understand first-hand how powerful these treatments can feel, and I am passionate about creating time and space where you can relax, reset, and feel cared for.
Whether you are dealing with stress, hormonal changes, or simply need time to unwind, my aim is to help you feel more balanced, calm, and like yourself again - all from the comfort of your own home.

Wear something comfortable. Indian head massage can usually be carried out seated and clothed; reflexology focuses on the feet, so you will only need to remove shoes and socks.
Pressure is always adapted to your comfort. Some areas can feel tender, but the treatment should remain relaxing and manageable throughout.
